We visited Baotou to meet with Rebecca (our “God-daughter”) as
well as some our students at the medical college where we taught last summer
with Ray and Gay. Lots of warm welcomes and good time during our 2 day stay in
Baotou. I had my first Chinese haircut
by this young stylist who enjoyed cutting his first foreigner’s hair. For about
50 cents you can have your zipper repaired on your bag (Rebecca’s) by this gentleman
and, again, the crowd came to watch. A very
wonderful trip…
